Builder/A&D Account Manager

Join our team as an A&D Account Manager In this role, you’ll sell tile, stone, and LVT to high-end business and residential A&D customers, providing interior design advice and product expertise. Your key responsibilities include building client relationships, effectively communicating with customers, and ensuring the showroom supports sales activities. We’re looking for a motivated individual with a passion for design, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.   • Provide interior design advice and product expertise to customers, ensuring completion of sales.
  • Prospect for new business, focusing on Custom Home Builders and Residential Designers.
  • Maintain relationships with local tile installers to ensure timely ordering.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members to ensure sales closure.
  • Organize events in the showroom with trade organizations.
  • Participate in local industry organizations to acquire new customers.
  • Leverage the showroom to drive sales by ordering and maintaining relevant samples.
  • Update and maintain product changes in the showroom.


  • 2-year degree or 2+ years of industry-related experience.
  • Ability to work effectively with different people across disciplines.
  • Experience in designing and selling building products preferred.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
