Ciera graduated from Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Master of Science in Health and Human Performance. In August of 2020, she joined Management Recruiters of Cartersville as the Marketing Coordinator. Her background in brand development, visual design, and account management made her a perfect fit for the team! The next year, Ciera moved into a recruiting role, specializing in placing proven winners in all functions of the interior furnishings industry, from designers all the way to salespeople.  Ciera loves running, cooking, and hanging out with her dogs, Hank and Brody!
