Since establishing Management Recruiters of Cartersville in June of 1999, I have maintained the same high level of passion for helping professionals within the interior furnishings industry grow their careers and organizations. After graduating from Western Carolina with a BSBA in Accounting, I spent my entire career, including leadership positions at Milliken, Princeton Rugs/Balta and NATCO Home, in the interior furnishings industry.

I always leverage this extensive experience to help me better understand the needs and demands of my clients. I understand that my business goes beyond “search” and is really about building relationships with both our clients and job seekers. It’s this philosophy and ability to deliver that has allowed us to become one of the “go-to” brands within the industries to which we are committed.

I understand that what I do affects the lives of everyone involved, and I never take that responsibility lightly. I am committed to ensuring that my clients find the best person for their teams, in respect to both skill set and organizational culture. Since joining Management Recruiters of Cartersville in 2004, I have leveraged my experience within the healthcare industry and specifically within the senior housing industry to assist clients and candidates in their efforts to grow their business and advance their careers. With a BSW in Social Work from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and a Masters in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Gerontology from Vanderbilt, I reinforced my education with 30 years of industry experience at the facility and corporate level.

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a Senior VP of Operations for an assisted living organization, I am able to provide the companies and candidates with whom I work a unique perspective and a true understanding of their needs and opportunities. As an award-winning recruiter, including CSAM (a designation awarded to account executives through training, billing and an extensive certification test), I have consistently proven and been recognized for my ability to bring a higher level of service to the clients and candidates I assist.

Ciera Lindsey
VP of Interior Furnishings Division

Ciera graduated from Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. In August of 2020, she joined Management Recruiters of Cartersville as the Marketing Coordinator. Her background in brand development, visual design, and account management made her a perfect fit for the team! The next year, Ciera moved into a recruiting role, becoming the VP of Interior Furnishings. Ciera considers herself a lifelong learner, pursuing a Master of Science in Health and Human Performance. She is passionate about cooking, interior design, and running.
