Since establishing Management Recruiters of Cartersville in June of 1999, I have maintained the same high level of passion for helping professionals within the interior furnishings industry grow their careers and organizations. After graduating from Western Carolina with a BSBA in Accounting, I spent my entire career, including leadership positions at Milliken, Princeton Rugs/Balta and NATCO Home, in the interior furnishings industry.

I always leverage this extensive experience to help me better understand the needs and demands of my clients. I understand that my business goes beyond “search” and is really about building relationships with both our clients and job seekers. It’s this philosophy and ability to deliver that has allowed us to become one of the “go-to” brands within the industries to which we are committed.

I understand that what I do affects the lives of everyone involved, and I never take that responsibility lightly. I am committed to ensuring that my clients find the best person for their teams, in respect to both skill set and organizational culture. As a recruiter for Management Recruiters of Cartersville since 2003, I have focused my attention and efforts into helping professionals within the interior furnishings industry reach their full potential and achieve the goals they have set for themselves. I started my career with Shaw Industries, working in design and helping customers and sales reps in the contract division. In addition to this experience, I also enjoyed a building products sales career with Stair Parts, Inc., where I worked with clients throughout the U.S.

I specialize in placing proven winners in all functions of the interior furnishings industry, including both manufacturing and dealer/distributor environments. With my background in sales and manufacturing, I bring a distinct advantage that is vital in qualifying and placing candidates that add value to the companies with whom I partner.

Since joining Management Recruiters of Cartersville in 2004, I have leveraged my experience within the healthcare industry and specifically within the senior housing industry to assist clients and candidates in their efforts to grow their business and advance their careers. With a BSW in Social Work from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and a Masters in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Gerontology from Vanderbilt, I reinforced my education with 30 years of industry experience at the facility and corporate level.

As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a Senior VP of Operations for an assisted living organization, I am able to provide the companies and candidates with whom I work a unique perspective and a true understanding of their needs and opportunities. As an award-winning recruiter, including CSAM (a designation awarded to account executives through training, billing and an extensive certification test), I have consistently proven and been recognized for my ability to bring a higher level of service to the clients and candidates I assist.

After graduating from the University of Georgia in 2014 with a BA in Sociology with an emphasis on Criminology, I began my career with the State of Georgia, providing support services and programs to help families and children in need. As a Cartersville native, I was excited to join the team at Management Recruiters of Cartersville to assist them in their efforts to grow their brand and audience.

Since 2017 I have been coordinating our social media strategy and fostering cohesion among our LinkedIn presence, Facebook page, MRI Network boards and our website. Assuming control of all social media accounts, I oversaw 1,000% growth in followers in my first year.

I am a member of the Bartow County Chamber of Commerce and the Cartersville First Baptist Church. I have been married to my husband since 2016 and have two amazing dogs, Maggie and Annie.

I’ve established a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding staffing objectives by developing and implementing scalable, sustainable and measurable talent acquisition strategies.

My working relationships within the industry and my passion for providing high-level customer experience brought me to  Management Recruiters of Cartersville to lead and direct our Contract Staffing Division. Our goal is to provide companies with a variety of staffing solutions to meet their organization’s growing needs. Whatever the need may be, we offer the ability to contract a wide range of options to capitalize on the many benefits contract staffing can offer.

My wife and I are both graduates of Jacksonville State University and have called Cartersville, Georgia, home for the last 12 years. We are active in the community and members of Cartersville First Baptist Church. We have four beautiful children that keep us busy, but in our free time we enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and chauffeuring the kids to sporting events.
