Since establishing Management Recruiters of Cartersville in June of 1999, Rick has maintained the same high level of passion for helping professionals within the interior furnishings industry grow their careers and organizations. After graduating from Western Carolina with a BSBA in Accounting, Rick spent his entire career, including leadership positions at Milliken, Princeton Rugs/Balta, and NATCO Home; in the interior furnishings industry.
Rick always leverages his extensive experience to help him better understand the needs and demands of his clients. He understands that his business goes beyond “search” and is really about building relationships with both our clients and job seekers. It’s this philosophy and ability to deliver that has allowed us to become one of the “go-to” brands within the industries to which we are committed.

Ciera graduated from Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and a Master of Science in Health and Human Performance. In August of 2020, she joined Management Recruiters of Cartersville as the Marketing Coordinator. Her background in brand development, visual design, and account management made her a perfect fit for the team! The next year, Ciera moved into a recruiting role, specializing in placing proven winners in all functions of the interior furnishings industry, from designers all the way to salespeople. Ciera loves running, cooking, and hanging out with her dachshund, Hank!
Vice President and Executive Recruiter - Healthcare Division
Since joining Management Recruiters of Cartersville in 2004, Teresa has leveraged her experience within the healthcare industry and specifically within the senior housing industry to assist clients and candidates in their efforts to grow their businesses and advance their careers. With a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Tennessee Knoxville and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a minor in Gerontology from Vanderbilt, Teresa reinforced her education with 30 years of industry experience at the facility and corporate level.
As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and a former Senior Vice President of Operations for an assisted living organization, Teresa is able to provide the companies and candidates with whom she works a unique perspective and a true understanding of their needs and opportunities. As an award-winning recruiter, including CSAM (a designation awarded to account executives through training, billing, and an extensive certification test), Teresa has consistently proven and been recognized for her ability to bring a higher level of service to the clients and candidates she assists.
Executive Recruiter - Healthcare Division
Beth joined Management Recruiters of Cartersville at the beginning of 2022. Beth has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from the University of Georgia where her son is also currently studying. As an Account Executive for the Healthcare Division, Beth brings an extensive background in Senior Living, Home Health, and Hospice. She is excited to bring her sales, marketing, and human resources experience to Management Recruiters and network with those in the industry! In her spare time, Beth loves being outside, hiking, and camping.
